PORTLAND, N.Y. — Authorities arrested Terrence Biggs Jr., 25, of Michigan, early Wednesday morning in Portland, New York, in connection to a fatal shooting in Vermont.
Biggs is wanted for the April 22 shooting death of Austin Rodriguez, 26, at a home on Summer Street in Rutland. State police apprehended him during a traffic stop in western New York.
Biggs faces charges of second-degree murder. Investigators have not yet released information on the motive or the relationship between Biggs and Rodriguez.
