ORLANDO — Terrell Myron Foy, 33, a former employee at Blankner School, has been sentenced to 14 years in federal prison for attempted enticement of a minor to engage in sexual activity. Foy is also required to forfeit the cellphone involved in the case.

Foy pleaded guilty in April to charges related to his conduct with a 13-year-old student. Investigators reported that Foy developed a romantic relationship with the student in December 2023 while working at Blankner School. The case was brought to the attention of Orlando police the following month.

Law enforcement, including the FBI, discovered hundreds of messages exchanged between Foy and the student. Prosecutors stated these messages contained attempts by Foy to entice the minor into sexual activity, as well as evidence of him buying gifts and arranging meetings both on and off campus.

The Justice Department further revealed that Foy instructed the student not to communicate with law enforcement.
