A 36-year-old man, S. Dinesh, was arrested by Telangana police on Saturday in connection with an online fraud case. The police team had traveled to the city in search of Dinesh, a resident of Mathialagan Nagar in Saligramam, as part of an investigation related to a complaint filed at the Secunderabad cyber crime police station on May 23.
The complaint alleged that multiple investors had been defrauded of Rs5 crore through an online scheme. Authorities are continuing their investigation into the case to identify any additional suspects and gather more evidence.
