The Telangana Crime Investigation Department (CID) has taken into custody another suspect in the ongoing Rs95 crore GBR cryptocurrency fraud case. Yeruva Sleeva Ravi Kumar Reddy, popularly known as Y.S. Ravi Kumar Reddy, aged 54 and residing in Chennai, was arrested on March 6. Following his arrest, he was remanded to judicial custody.
Authorities allege that Ravi Kumar Reddy played a significant role in the large-scale crypto scam that has affected numerous investors. The CID continues its probe to unravel the full extent of the fraud and apprehend other involved parties.
This latest arrest marks a crucial step forward in the investigation, as officials work to bring the masterminds behind the GBR cryptocurrency fraud to justice.
