HORRY COUNTY, S.C. (WMBF) – Two teenagers have been arrested in connection with a reported armed robbery in Horry County.

According to documents obtained by WMBF, 17-year-old Henry Gregg and Lathan Sarvis-Steele were both charged Monday with robbery and kidnapping.

The Horry County Police Department responded to the 300 block of Lite Road in the Conway area on October 25. The victim told officers he had been visiting family when one of the suspects contacted him and asked him to come to a home on Fox Trail Pine.

Once inside, the victim said the door was blocked, preventing him from leaving. Documents state that both teens, along with a third unidentified suspect, pointed guns at him and demanded his belongings.

The suspects allegedly took $3,000 in cash, jewelry, car keys, and other personal items before ordering him to leave the residence.

Records indicate both Gregg and Sarvis-Steele remain in jail on $130,000 bonds.
