RAMSEY, Minn. (FOX 9) – Authorities have arrested four teenagers in connection with the fatal shooting of 18-year-old Diamond Manly, a senior at Champlin Park High School, whose body was found inside a vehicle in Ramsey earlier this month.
Victim Identified
Police discovered Manly’s body on March 2, 2024, inside a car, where he had suffered a fatal gunshot wound. The Anoka County Police Department confirmed Tuesday that they had taken four suspects into custody, all between 15 and 17 years old.
Ongoing Investigation
Officials have classified Manly’s death as a homicide and continue to investigate the circumstances surrounding the shooting. However, authorities have not yet released details regarding a motive or possible connections between Manly and the suspects.
