Tampa, FL – Pierre Marquis Fowler, 36, of Tarpon Springs, was convicted on April 11, 2025, for his involvement in a large drug trafficking and firearms conspiracy, the U.S. Attorney’s Office for the Middle District of Florida announced.
Fowler, also known as “Durk,” was found guilty of conspiring to distribute substantial quantities of fentanyl, methamphetamine, and cocaine. He was convicted of distributing 400 grams or more of fentanyl, 500 grams or more of methamphetamine, and 500 grams or more of cocaine. Additionally, Fowler was convicted of possessing these drugs with the intent to distribute, along with charges related to the possession of a machinegun and conducting illegal monetary transactions.

Court documents reveal that between 2020 and 2022, Fowler and his brother, Marcus Jamar Fowler (known as “Drastic”), used a stash house in Tarpon Springs to distribute these drugs. Witness testimony confirmed that Pierre Fowler personally supplied over 75 kilograms of fentanyl, hundreds of pounds of methamphetamine, and several kilograms of cocaine.
During a search of the stash house, authorities uncovered eight firearms, including two machineguns, nearly a kilogram of fentanyl, 715 grams of methamphetamine, and 781 grams of cocaine. Furthermore, seven shipments from California to Florida contained nearly 8.5 kilograms of fentanyl and methamphetamine combined. Authorities also found that Fowler used drug proceeds to purchase property in Holiday, FL.
In addition to drug seizures, authorities confiscated $10,409 in cash and are seeking forfeiture of additional assets linked to Fowler’s criminal activities.
Marcus Fowler, who also faces charges, pleaded guilty and is scheduled to be sentenced on April 16, 2025.
