Authorities in High Point, North Carolina, have arrested two suspects on attempted first-degree murder charges after an alleged shooting incident near Gordon Street and Cedrow Drive.
According to the High Point Police Department, officers responded to reports of gunfire shortly after 6 p.m. on Friday. The victim stated that Tariq Jordan, 25, and Latilla Antionette Terry, 34, fired multiple shots at him and pursued him as he attempted to flee in his vehicle.
As police arrived, they spotted Jordan running from a wrecked vehicle. Officers took him into custody, while a K-9 unit was used to track and locate Terry.

Both Jordan and Terry have been charged with:
Attempted first-degree murder
Assault with a deadly weapon
Resisting a public officer
Additionally, Terry faces charges of:
Leaving the scene of a hit and run
Identity theft (after providing a false name to officers)
Outstanding warrant from Virginia
Court records also reveal that Jordan was on post-release supervision for a 2015 conviction at the time of his arrest.
Both suspects are currently being held without bond as the investigation continues.
