CONWAY, N.H. — Tanya Marquis, 40, has been charged with a Class B felony for allegedly stealing headphones from a janitor at Kennett High School during a junior varsity boys basketball game.
The alleged theft occurred on Jan. 27, which coincides with Marquis’ birthday, according to the criminal complaint. The felony charge was bound over to Carroll County District Court on Feb. 13.
