TALLAHASSEE, Fla. (WTXL) — The Tallahassee Police Department has recently wrapped up several significant drug investigations, resulting in the arrest of seven individuals on drug trafficking and other related charges.
Among those arrested was 37-year-old Cameron White, who was apprehended on December 4. Police stated that White had been selling drugs in the Tallahassee area. During a search of his home on Lakefront Drive, authorities seized heroin, cocaine, MDMA, psilocybin mushrooms, nine firearms, and $3,600. The Florida Department of Law Enforcement (FDLE) and the State Attorney’s Office also assisted with the investigation.
On December 6, 30-year-old Pedro Cornet was arrested at his home on Wade Road. Police discovered cannabis, mushrooms, THC vape cartridges, cocaine, and $2,900. Cornet, along with 21-year-old Iosif Rojas, is accused of trafficking MDMA. Cornet had been out on bond for a prior trafficking in cocaine charge dating back to March 2023 and faced additional charges from a June 2024 arrest involving over two pounds of MDMA and firearms.
On December 13, police arrested 61-year-old Gregory Martin at his residence on Peachtree Drive. Martin was wanted on a felony failure to appear charge. During the search of his home, officers found bath salts, fentanyl, methamphetamine, and firearms.
Finally, on December 17, Tallahassee Police uncovered 30 pounds of marijuana in a storage unit on Capital Circle Northeast after being alerted by an employee. Officers arrested 25-year-old Ermias Kahassai, who was seen carrying a suitcase filled with nine additional pounds of marijuana and $3,900.
These arrests reflect the ongoing efforts by local authorities to combat drug trafficking in Tallahassee and surrounding areas.
