Two women were arrested after being caught shoplifting at the Houston Premium Outlet Mall on August 4, 2025. Deputies from Constable Mark Herman’s Office responded to reports from the Tommy Hilfiger store, where employees alleged that two female suspects stole multiple items and fled.
The suspects, later identified as Ta’Keyla Neal and Keisandra Davis, were located quickly in the parking lot. A search revealed that the pair had stolen over $600 worth of merchandise from both Tommy Hilfiger and Old Navy stores.
In addition to the stolen clothing, Davis was found in possession of an identification card that did not belong to her, leading to further charges related to identity fraud.
According to official reports, Neal was charged with Theft and booked into the Harris County Jail on a $500 bond. Davis faced the same theft charge and an additional charge of Fraudulent Use or Possession of Identifying Information, which raised her total bond to $10,100.
