Police in Bidasar, Churu district arrested three individuals — Subhash Godara, Manoj Kumar, and Lekhram Kadwasra — in connection with the murder of hotel businessman Maniram Manda, who was shot dead at a hotel around midnight on March 2, allegedly over a liquor business rivalry.
Investigation and Arrests
Churu SP Jai Yadav confirmed that the arrests were part of an ongoing investigation. Preliminary findings indicate that Devi Singh Kheriya, a history sheeter at Bidasar police station, conspired and planned the murder, while Raju Nehra, Dhannaram Momasar, and another accomplice executed the firing.
Victim: Maniram Manda died on the spot; three others sustained injuries.

Action Against Illegal Properties
Authorities, including Nagar Palika officials, sealed a hotel allegedly operated using proceeds from the crime by Devi Singh Kheriya.
Property Enforcement: Unauthorized construction at Devi Singh’s residence in Ward No. 4 was demolished, and the house was seized following official notices.
Financial Measures: Officials are pursuing legal actions to attach and seize properties linked to criminal activities.
SP Yadav stated, “Alongside legal proceedings, steps are being taken to inflict financial damage on the accused.” Tehsildar Amarsingh added that illegal properties are under investigation and being seized.
