BATH, N.Y. — Stanley Mckee, 69, was arrested on July 16 following a theft at the Walgreens in Bath. Police responded to reports around 10:50 a.m. and found Mckee near the back of the store with stolen items.
Mckee faces charges of third-degree burglary, a class D felony, and petit larceny, a class A misdemeanor. Authorities also revealed that Mckee had been previously trespassed from the Walgreens and had four burglary arrests since early 2025.
He was taken into custody and transported to the Steuben County Jail for processing.
