CHALMETTE, La. — The St. Bernard Parish Sheriff’s Office has arrested three individuals and issued warrants for two others in connection with a series of copper wire thefts across the parish.

Arrested were Gregory Bondi, 29, of Gallo Drive; Luis Sloan, 25, of West Phillip Court; and Zoe Zanca, 24, also of West Phillip Court in Chalmette. Each faces eight counts of theft, while Zanca was additionally booked on a prior New Orleans Police Department warrant for possession of a stolen vehicle.

Authorities have issued arrest warrants for Logan Neumeyer, 25, of Norton Avenue in Arabi, and Keith McKinnis, 32, of St. Matthew Circle in Violet.
