Reckless endangerment
Garlock is being held at the Erie County Holding Center, awaiting arraignment.

The 17-year-old faces charges of:

Third-degree criminal possession of stolen property
Third-degree attempted grand larceny
Third-degree attempted unauthorized use of a motor vehicle
He was arraigned on the criminal possession of stolen property charge and issued an appearance ticket.

Erie County Sheriff John Garcia expressed concern over the reckless behavior, stating, “This criminal and reckless behavior across our region must end,” and urged policymakers to address property crime issues.
