SILER CITY, N.C. — Chatham County deputies arrested two people and are seeking four others following a search warrant at a home along West 5th Street near Camelia Avenue, less than a block from a childcare center.
Arrested Individuals
Damani Allison, 26, of Siler City is charged with:
Felony possession of methamphetamine
Misdemeanor possession of drug paraphernalia
Misdemeanor resisting a public officer
Allison was held on a $5,000 secured bond.
Kami Barrera, 26, of Siler City is charged with:
Felony possession of methamphetamine
Felony manufacture, sell, deliver, or possess controlled substances within 1,000 feet of a childcare center
Misdemeanor child abuse
Misdemeanor possession of drug paraphernalia
Barrera received a $25,000 secured bond.
Both are scheduled to appear in court at 9 a.m. on Wednesday, March 11.
Individuals Still at Large
Authorities are seeking the following suspects:
Lorenzo Nettles, 35, Siler City – multiple felony drug charges including possession, delivery, maintaining a dwelling for controlled substances, plus misdemeanor possession of paraphernalia.
Faith Lynch, 23, Durham – felony possession of methamphetamine, manufacturing/delivering drugs within 1,000 feet of a childcare center, and misdemeanor drug paraphernalia.
Eric Walters, 32, Greensboro – felony conspiracy.
Tahkwan Tunney, 29, Greensboro – felony charges for drugs near a school, conspiracy, maintaining a dwelling/vehicle for controlled substances, and misdemeanor marijuana possession.
Deputies continue to investigate and urge anyone with information on the remaining suspects to contact Chatham County authorities.
