by Sophia Bennett

Six individuals were arrested over the weekend in Morristown, Tennessee, following a human sex trafficking bust, according to court documents obtained by WVLT News.

The bust took place at a local hotel on Saturday, where agents went undercover posing as minors attempting to sell sex. Court records reveal that all six suspects were apprehended after agreeing to pay hundreds of dollars for sex from the undercover agents.

The individuals arrested and charged in connection with the operation are:

Osdan Gonzalez Ardon

John Linek

Bryan Guzman

Pablo Hernandez Gutierrez

Marvin Antonio Lima Melendez

Colton Bryant

The records indicate that Melendez not only agreed to pay for sex but also brought drugs to the hotel and resisted arrest. As a result, in addition to the charge of trafficking for commercial sex, Melendez faces charges of resisting arrest and drug possession.

All six suspects were charged with trafficking for commercial sex, and the authorities continue to investigate the circumstances surrounding the case.

This operation is part of ongoing efforts by law enforcement to combat human trafficking and hold perpetrators accountable.
