Six Arrested in $1.5 Million Roseville Jewelry Theft

Smash-and-grab at S&L Gem Co. Jewelry store leads to arrests

Six suspects have been arrested in connection with the $1.5 million jewelry theft during a smash-and-grab at S&L Gem Co. Jewelry store in Roseville’s Westfield Galleria on November 21, 2024. According to police, the suspects used hammers to smash display cases around 11:30 a.m. and made off with the stolen jewelry.

After nearly two months of investigation, authorities identified and arrested the six suspects—20-year-olds Anuanu Tuiono and Dahnavan Tuipulotu, 23-year-olds Feleti Halaapiapi and Siafa Fifita, 18-year-old Sione Halaapiapi, and a 15-year-old from Rocklin. They face charges including robbery, conspiracy, vehicle theft, grand theft, and evading arrest.

The arrests were made after the police executed multiple search warrants related to the case. The investigation into the theft continues.
