A 66-year-old man from Dover, Arkansas, named Shelby Miller, was arrested on Wednesday after an investigation into child sexual abuse material. The arrest followed a coordinated operation involving the Arkansas State Police (ASP) SWAT team, who executed both an arrest warrant and a search warrant at Miller’s residence.
The investigation, which began in November 2024 under the Ozark Police Department, soon attracted the attention of Homeland Security Investigations (HSI) and the ASP Cyber Crimes Unit. During a prior search in March 2025, several of Miller’s electronic devices were confiscated and sent to HSI for further examination.
According to court documents, one of the external hard drives seized during the March search contained over 100 videos depicting child sexual abuse material. Additional images and videos of abuse were discovered on other devices in his possession.
Miller is currently facing 20 charges related to the possession and viewing of child sexual abuse material. He is being held at the Pope County Detention Center while awaiting further legal proceedings.
