Police officials, including Sanjay Badre, Amjad Sheikh, Vaman Sawant, and Kishor Bhusare, received a tip-off about Jadhav’s location, prompting them to act quickly. A team was dispatched to Latur, where Jadhav was captured without incident.

During questioning, Jadhav confessed to committing the burglaries with the help of a minor accomplice. The police recovered stolen items worth Rs1,43,450 from him, including a mobile phone, power bank, and car charger. These items were part of the loot from various break-ins.

In total, the police recovered stolen goods worth Rs3,85,950, which helped close four cases registered at the Mundhwa, Chandannagar, Bhosari, and Hadapsar police stations.
