Sheila Devil, daughter of the late Spanish singer Camilo Sesto, was arrested in Galapagar, Madrid, on February 25, 2025, for drug possession and trafficking. The Guardia Civil detained her after noticing suspicious behavior, leading to a search where officers found 12 grams of cocaine—exceeding Spain’s legal limit of 7.5 grams for personal use.
According to reports from the Spanish TV program ‘TardeAR’, Sheila was violating a restraining order against individuals supplying her with drugs. Her mother, Lourdes Ornelas, confirmed that Sheila had left home to buy drugs despite restrictions.
Sheila has battled substance abuse since her father’s passing five years ago, with frequent relapses and health concerns making headlines. While past reports suggested she had sought rehabilitation, her struggles with addiction have persisted.
Journalist Miguel Ángel Nicolás described the arrest:
“She was on the street when officers noticed unusual behavior. They intercepted her and discovered the drugs.”
This latest incident raises concerns about Sheila’s mental health, legal consequences, and ongoing battle with addiction. Authorities continue their investigation while the public awaits further developments.
