ARLINGTON, Texas — Arlington police announced Wednesday that an ongoing investigation into an alleged sex trafficking operation at a local strip club has led to five additional arrests, bringing the total number of suspects charged in the case to seven.
According to the Arlington Police Department, four managers at Chicas Locas have been arrested since mid-November. They are accused of aggravated promotion of prostitution and engaging in organized criminal activity. The suspects were identified as Frank Budai, 37; Allan Salcido, 32; Jonathon Rivera, 30; and Trevor Brossette, 27.
Investigators allege the operation involved employees of the strip club performing illegal sex acts for patrons in exchange for money, with proceeds allegedly funneled to the managers.
Police also arrested a fifth suspect, 32-year-old Aaron Perez, on drug-related charges. Authorities said Perez was taken into custody after allegedly selling narcotics to undercover officers inside the club.
The latest arrests follow an undercover operation conducted in October by the department’s Human Exploitation and Trafficking Unit. During that operation, two other managers — 25-year-old Oziel Ramos and 40-year-old Ariel Tapia — were arrested on charges of aggravated promotion of prostitution. Prosecutors have since added charges of engaging in organized criminal activity against both men.
Police said the investigation into Chicas Locas remains active and additional arrests are possible.
