SENECA FALLS, NY — The Seneca Falls Police Department has arrested 43-year-old Timothy Tandle following a series of investigations into property damage and thefts dating back to last year.
Tandle was taken into custody on October 30 on multiple felony and misdemeanor charges, police said.
Authorities allege Tandle unlawfully entered a vacant residence, damaged property, and stole items, one of which was recovered and returned to its owner.
In a separate case, Tandle was linked to property damage at a commercial location, where a vehicle had been vandalized.
A third investigation involved the theft of an item from a motor vehicle. Officers later located Tandle in possession of one of the stolen items, which was also returned.
As a result of the three investigations, Tandle faces several charges, including:
Felony burglary in the second degree
Felony criminal mischief in the third degree
Multiple misdemeanor counts of petit larceny, criminal mischief, auto stripping, and criminal possession of stolen property
Tandle was transported to the Seneca County Jail and is awaiting arraignment in CAP Court.
