Bandepalya police have arrested two wall painters from Uttar Pradesh, Satish Yadav and Arun Yadav, for allegedly bludgeoning a 30-year-old labourer to death in Bengaluru on Thursday.
The crime reportedly stemmed from a dispute linked to an alleged illicit affair.
While Satish and Arun have been taken into custody, the prime accused, Birendra Yadav, remains absconding. Authorities are actively searching for him to bring him to justice, police said.
Investigations are ongoing to uncover the full circumstances and other possible accomplices involved in the case.
