CANANDAIGUA, NY — The Ontario County Sheriff’s Office has arrested a Canandaigua woman following a theft at the Victor Walmart.
Deputies responded to the Walmart at 441 Commerce Drive around 5:30 p.m. on Tuesday after a larceny was reported. Following an investigation, 32-year-old Samantha Engebrecht was taken into custody and charged with petit larceny.
Engebrecht was issued an appearance ticket and is scheduled to appear in Victor Town Court at a later date to answer the charge.
