OKLAHOMA CITY, OK (KOKH) — A third suspect has been arrested in connection with the April homicide of Robby Clark, whose body was found inside an Oklahoma City apartment.

The case began on April 24, when police responded to a welfare check near Melrose Lane and N Council Road. Officers discovered 33-year-old Robby Clark deceased, suffering from injuries consistent with homicide. Authorities believe the case may be gang-related.

In June, two suspects — Juan Balderas and Baden Cornelius — were arrested as part of the investigation.

On September 11, the Oklahoma City Police Department assisted the U.S. Marshals Service in a fugitive investigation targeting Salvador Saenz, who had a felony warrant for conspiracy to commit first-degree murder.

Saenz was located at a motel near S Shields Boulevard and Southeast 44th Street. He was taken into custody without incident and booked into the Oklahoma County Detention Center.

The investigation remains ongoing.
