Saltillo Man Arrested for Alleged Lawn Equipment Theft in Tupelo

Jamie Lober charged with grand larceny after storage unit incident

TUPELO, Miss. (WTVA) — A Saltillo man has been arrested in connection with the theft of lawn equipment from a storage facility in Tupelo.

According to the Tupelo Police Department, 46-year-old Jamie Lober was taken into custody on Tuesday and charged with grand larceny.

The incident occurred on or shortly before July 15 at Storage City of Tupelo, located on McCullough Boulevard. Authorities say Lober allegedly stole lawn care equipment from a service vehicle parked at the facility.

Following his arrest, a judge ordered that Lober remain in jail without bond.

The case remains under investigation.
