Two residents of Jamestown, New York—Sabrina Flores, 24, also known as “Notorious Marie,” and Sandra Pavlock, 45, also known as “Sondra L. Pavlock”—have been arrested and charged in separate federal complaints for their alleged involvement in a drug trafficking operation.
According to U.S. Attorney Michael DiGiacomo, both women are facing charges of conspiracy to possess with intent to distribute, and to distribute, controlled substances including heroin, fentanyl, and methamphetamine. If convicted, each could face up to 20 years in prison and a $1 million fine.
Federal investigators allege that Flores and Pavlock are associates of Zaid Mendoza, a previously indicted figure linked to narcotics and sex trafficking. The complaints cite Facebook messages among the suspects referencing the use and sale of illicit drugs in the Jamestown area.
The investigation was a joint effort by Homeland Security Investigations, the Chautauqua County Sheriff’s Office, and the Drug Enforcement Administration (DEA). The case is being prosecuted by Assistant U.S. Attorney Joshua A. Violanti.
Officials reminded the public that all charges are allegations at this stage, and both defendants are presumed innocent until proven guilty in a court of law.
