Russell J. Hall Arrested in Stella for Drug Possession & Weapon Charges

Meth Seized in Newton County Narcotics Search Warrant

STELLA, Mo. (Newton County Sheriff’s Office) – Russell J. Hall, 46, was arrested on Friday after authorities executed a narcotics search warrant at his home in rural Stella, Missouri. The operation was conducted by the Newton County Sheriff’s Office Special Response Team in collaboration with the Ozarks Drug Enforcement Team (ODET).

The search, which was part of an ongoing investigation into illegal drug activity, resulted in the seizure of suspected methamphetamine and a firearm from Hall’s residence at 19752 Tiger Road.

Hall was arrested for Possession of a Controlled Substance and Unlawful Use of a Weapon. He was taken into custody and transported to the Newton County Jail. His case is under review by the Newton County Prosecutor’s office, with potential charges pending.

The Newton County Sheriff’s Office continues to focus on reducing drug-related crimes in the area through coordinated efforts with local and regional law enforcement.
