ARCADIA, Wis. — A 21-year-old man from Wisconsin, Rudis N. Hernandez-Flores, was arrested in early June following a traffic stop that uncovered drugs both in his vehicle and residence.
On June 1 at approximately 2:15 a.m., a Trempealeau County deputy stopped Hernandez-Flores in Arcadia. Authorities quickly identified him as a suspect involved in distributing controlled substances—including methamphetamine, heroin, and marijuana—to minors in the area.
During the stop, K9 Luke, a drug-sniffing dog from the Trempealeau County Sheriff’s Office, detected the presence of narcotics in the vehicle. An officer from the Independence Police Department then searched the vehicle, finding suspected methamphetamine, marijuana, empty plastic baggies, and a digital scale—items commonly linked to drug distribution.
Hernandez-Flores was arrested and taken to Trempealeau County Jail on drug-related charges. A search warrant was later executed at his apartment, where additional methamphetamine and packaging materials were discovered.
No further information has been released by authorities.
