Rosalind Vega-Kish Arrested for $1,000 Theft at Killingly Ulta Beauty

Willimantic woman charged with 5th-degree larceny after March theft

WILLIMANTIC — A woman from Willimantic, Rosalind Vega-Kish, was arrested for stealing more than $1,000 worth of merchandise from the Ulta Beauty store in Killingly.

On March 17th, at approximately 6:20 PM, officers from the Killingly Police Department responded to the Ulta Beauty store located at 2071 Killingly Commons Drive following a report of a non-active larceny. Upon arrival, police reviewed surveillance footage provided by the store, which showed Vega-Kish leaving the premises with over $1,000 worth of merchandise without paying.

An arrest warrant was subsequently issued for 40-year-old Vega-Kish. On May 29th, Hartford Police took her into custody on the active warrant and transported her to Troop-D Barracks for processing.

Vega-Kish was charged with 5th-degree larceny and issued a $2,500 bond. She is scheduled to appear in Danielson Superior Court to face the charges.
