DALLAS TWP., LUZERNE COUNTY – Police in Luzerne County have successfully extradited Ronny Almanzar Jimenez from Rikers Island, New York, to face charges related to a cooking oil theft that occurred in Dallas Township in 2023.
According to the Dallas Township Police Department, Jimenez was involved in the theft from a local business. He is now facing several charges, including:
Possessing instruments of a crime
Theft by unlawful taking
Loitering and prowling at night
Jimenez remains in the Luzerne County Correctional Facility as the case continues. The extradition marks a significant step in resolving the investigation, and authorities continue to work on bringing all responsible parties to justice.
