LOUISVILLE, Ky. (WAVE) — A second suspect has been arrested in connection with a deadly bar fight that took place in Louisville on June 22, according to the Louisville Metro Police Department.
Officers responded to reports of a fight at the Corner Tavern on Mount Washington Road around 1:30 a.m. Sunday. One man involved in the altercation was transported to UofL Hospital, where he later died from his injuries.
Shortly after the incident, LMPD arrested Christopher Foley, charging him with murder.
On Tuesday, July 1, police arrested 30-year-old Ronnie Watkins, also charging him with murder in connection to the fatal brawl.
Authorities have not yet released the name of the victim, and the investigation remains ongoing.
