In Denville, New Jersey, two men were arrested in separate incidents during June 2025.
On June 10, police received a report about a possible drunk driver. Officers stopped a vehicle on Route 46 near Franklin Road and found that the driver, Ronald C. Roccasecca, was under the influence of alcohol or drugs. During the stop, police also discovered he had a billy club, which is a prohibited weapon. Roccasecca was arrested and taken to Denville Police Headquarters, where he was charged with possession of a prohibited weapon and given several traffic tickets. He was later released to a sober friend and is scheduled to appear in court.
A few days later, on June 13, police were called to the CVS store on East Main Street after someone reported a man trying to replace real gift cards with fake ones. The suspect, identified as Rinalds Ivans, had left the store but was found nearby. Officers arrested him without any issues and found several fraudulent gift cards in the area. Ivans was charged and released, with a court date set.
Both cases are being handled by the Denville Police Department.
