WALLER COUNTY, Texas — The Waller County Sheriff’s Office has arrested 51-year-old Rodrigo Villa on multiple felony warrants, according to a department press release.
Villa, a Waller County resident, was taken into custody without incident and booked into the Waller County Jail.
Authorities say Villa faces several serious charges, including:
Sexual Assault
Sexual Assault of a Child
Indecency with a Child by Sexual Contact
Indecency with a Child by Exposure
Prohibited Sexual Conduct
The combined bond for these charges totals more than $200,000, as set by the court.
Sheriff Troy Guidry commended investigators and deputies for their persistence and teamwork in locating and apprehending Villa.
“These types of crimes deeply impact our community, and we will continue to pursue every lead to protect the citizens of Waller County,” Guidry stated.
The Waller County Sheriff’s Office reaffirmed its commitment to ensuring justice for victims and holding offenders accountable.
