SENECA FALLS, N.Y. — A Sterling man was arrested Tuesday night in connection with a burglary and theft investigation in Seneca Falls.
Robert Stagles, 39, was taken into custody around 8:40 p.m. on June 24 by the Town of Seneca Falls Police Department. Authorities say he was wanted on an active arrest warrant for third-degree burglary, a class D felony, and petit larceny, a class A misdemeanor.
Stagles was processed at the Seneca Falls Police Department and then transported to the Seneca County Correctional Facility, where he is being held while awaiting arraignment.
No additional details about the alleged incident have been released at this time.
