A Riviera Beach man has been arrested in connection to a late-night homicide that occurred early Sunday morning. At around midnight, officers from the Riviera Beach Police Department (RBPD) responded to a shooting incident at 2536 Canterbury Drive North, where they found a woman in her car suffering from multiple gunshot wounds.
The victim was quickly transported to St. Mary’s Medical Center but tragically succumbed to her injuries. Following a swift investigation, authorities identified Rodney L. Sanders as the suspect. Sanders was arrested within 24 hours of the incident and booked into Palm Beach County Jail on a charge of first-degree murder.
