Reginald Sandridge Arrested in Etowah County Drug Bust

41-year-old Rainbow City man faces fentanyl, marijuana charges

ETOWAH COUNTY, Ala. (WBMA) — A man from Rainbow City, Reginald Jerome Sandridge, was arrested last month on multiple drug-related charges in Etowah County.

The Etowah County Drug Enforcement Unit charged the 41-year-old Sandridge with three counts of drug trafficking related to fentanyl, unlawful distribution of fentanyl, and unlawful possession of synthetic marijuana. The arrest came after the execution of a search warrant at a residence in Rainbow City on January 30, part of an ongoing fentanyl investigation.

During the search, authorities recovered approximately half an ounce of fentanyl, along with a quantity of synthetic marijuana. Sandridge is currently being held at the Etowah County Detention Center with a bond of $91,500 in cash and an additional $5,000 property bond.
