A man arrested last week in Statesboro, Georgia, on armed robbery charges was not who he claimed to be, according to police.
False Identity Revealed
When authorities arrested a man and woman linked to three armed robberies, the male suspect identified himself as Terick DeShawn Debose. However, police later confirmed that he is actually Reashawn Billingsley, 29.
Ongoing Investigation
Statesboro Public Safety Director Wendell Turner clarified that the real Terick DeShawn Debose was not arrested. The case remains under investigation as officials look into Billingsley’s criminal background.
