Randall Dean Cooper Arrested on 2nd Degree Theft Charges

Former Montgomery County Supervisor Faces Felony Theft Allegation

RED OAK — Randall Dean Cooper, 67, a former Montgomery County supervisor and current member of the Red Oak Airport Commission, was arrested Tuesday evening on charges of 2nd degree theft, a class D felony.

The Montgomery County Sheriff’s Office reported that Cooper was taken into custody shortly before 7:30 p.m. in the 1600 block of 200th Street in Red Oak.

Cooper was transported to the Montgomery County Jail and later released after posting a $5,000 bond. Authorities continue to investigate the case.
