Attapur, Hyderabad: The Rajendranagar Special Operations Team arrested Mohd. Irfanuddin, a resident of Suleman Nagar, on Tuesday (December 30, 2025) for illegally selling deer meat in the Attapur area.
During the operation, authorities seized approximately 15 kilograms of deer meat, along with Rs3,000 in cash, butcher knives, and other materials used in the illegal trade. The arrest highlights ongoing efforts by police to curb wildlife and illegal meat trafficking in the city.
Investigations are underway to identify the supply chain and other individuals involved in the illicit trade.
