Rahmaan Muhammad Charged After Meth Found in Junius Stop

Rochester man arrested during early morning traffic stop

JUNIUS, N.Y. – A Rochester man is facing a drug charge following a traffic stop in the Town of Junius early Wednesday morning.

According to the Seneca County Sheriff’s Office, 36-year-old Rahmaan Muhammad was pulled over around 3:30 a.m. on State Route 318. During the stop, deputies discovered suspected methamphetamine in his possession.

Muhammad was charged with Criminal Possession of a Controlled Substance in the Seventh Degree. He was processed at the scene and released with an appearance ticket for Junius Town Court.

No further details about the traffic violation or quantity of the substance were provided.
