Dispur Police have arrested a 24-year-old man, Rabi Sankar Shah, a resident of Bhangagarh, in connection with a phone snatching incident in the Dispur area.
During the investigation, police recovered the stolen mobile phone from his possession. Additionally, the motorcycle used in the crime, bearing registration number AS01FJ3650, was also seized.
Authorities stated that the apprehension followed a swift investigation by a team from Dispur Police Station, ensuring that both the stolen device and the vehicle were recovered.
Further inquiries are underway to determine if Shah is involved in other similar incidents in the area.
