SEARCY, Ark. (KAIT) – Quentin Andrew Whaley, a Searcy resident, is in custody after being charged with possession and distribution of child sexual abuse material.
According to Lt. Todd Wells of the Searcy Police Department, detectives launched an investigation following a complaint against Whaley. After gathering sufficient evidence, police arrested him on Friday, August 29.
Whaley faces 60 counts related to distributing, possessing, or viewing materials depicting sexually explicit conduct involving a child. Officers also executed a search warrant at his residence as part of the ongoing investigation.
The case remains active, with authorities continuing their inquiries.
