TENNILLE, Ga. — Two individuals, including a corrections officer, were arrested in Tennille following a multi-agency narcotics investigation.
On January 14, 2026, agents from the Ocmulgee Drug Task Force, deputies from Washington County, and officers from the Georgia Department of Community Supervision executed a search warrant at a residence on Joiner Road. The operation resulted in the confiscation of suspected marijuana, powder cocaine, crack cocaine, methamphetamine, and two firearms.
Quentavious Daveon Peacock, 34, was charged with multiple offenses including possession with intent to distribute marijuana, cocaine, crack cocaine, methamphetamine, two counts of possession of a firearm by a convicted felon, two counts of possession of a firearm during the commission of a crime, and theft of lost or mislaid property.
Adriana Carnelio, 27, a corrections officer with the Georgia Department of Corrections at Washington State Prison, faces similar drug charges, two counts of possession of a firearm during the commission of a crime, and theft of lost or mislaid property.
Both Peacock and Carnelio were booked into the Washington County Jail. The GBI Middle Georgia Gang Task Force, the Georgia Department of Community Supervision, and the Washington County Sheriff’s Office assisted in the operation.
Authorities emphasized that the arrests are part of ongoing efforts to combat illegal drug distribution and firearm offenses in the region.
