CINCINNATI — Quatrall Larry, 23, of Millvale, was arrested again on multiple charges including aggravated robbery, theft, and drug possession, according to Cincinnati police.
Larry is currently held at the Hamilton County Justice Center on a $307,000 bond. If released, Judge Josh Berkowitz ordered him to remain under house arrest.
Court records detail several recent offenses. On Monday, Larry allegedly implied he had a handgun while stealing cash from the register at Bagelry and pushing a victim against his delivery van to demand their wallet. Earlier, on Saturday, he robbed Oddfellow Liquor Bar downtown by threatening staff and stealing $175 in cash.
On September 14, Larry reportedly stole a cash register and $400 from Zaha Mediterranean Kitchen and fled the scene. Police also found crack cocaine and a crack pipe on him at the time of his arrest.
Larry has a history of fleeing from police and multiple arrests. At his latest arrest, he was out on a no-cash bond for felony theft after allegedly taking an $8,000 Segway from a 3CDC employee.
In July, he faced misdemeanor theft charges for stealing a tip jar. Larry also has a prior conviction for resisting arrest in November 2023, with his bond revoked after he removed his electronic monitoring device without permission.
Larry’s criminal record highlights a troubling pattern of repeat offenses and attempts to evade law enforcement.
