Drug Raid Leads to Arrests of Pravo and Gina Atherly in Seneca Falls
SENECA FALLS, NY – A narcotics investigation led to the arrest of two residents following a police raid on an apartment suspected of being a hub for cocaine distribution.
On Friday, Seneca Falls Police, along with the Seneca County Sheriff’s Office, executed a court-authorized search warrant at 71 West Bayard Street. The operation was part of a larger effort targeting the illegal sale of controlled substances in the area.
Pravo Atherly, 47, was arrested and charged with:
Criminal Possession of a Controlled Substance in the Third Degree (Class B felony)
Criminal Possession of a Controlled Substance in the Seventh Degree (misdemeanor)
Criminal Use of Drug Paraphernalia in the Second Degree (misdemeanor)
Gina Atherly, 58, was also arrested and charged with:
Criminal Possession of a Controlled Substance in the Seventh Degree
Two counts of Endangering the Welfare of a Child
Both were processed at the Seneca Falls Police Department and taken to Seneca County CAP Court for arraignment.
Authorities remind the public that all defendants are presumed innocent until proven guilty in court.
