Phontonio Davis, Two Others Arrested in Marion Drug Raid

Crack cocaine, firearms, and $3,700 seized during search

MARION, Ind. — A large drug raid conducted on May 1, 2025, by the JEAN Team Drug Task Force, in coordination with the Grant County Sheriff’s Office and Marion Police Emergency Response Team, led to the arrest of three individuals and the seizure of significant quantities of narcotics, cash, and firearms.

The investigation targeted a home at 404 E. Bradford Street. Upon executing a search warrant, officers seized approximately $3,700 in cash, 256.25 grams of marijuana and THC edibles, 41.3 grams of crack cocaine, an AK-47-style pistol, five handguns, an AR-15-style rifle, drug packaging materials, scales, and additional paraphernalia.

Phontonio Davis, 40, faces multiple felony charges including:

Possession and dealing of cocaine (Level 2 and Level 3 felonies)

Possession of a stolen firearm (Level 5 felony)

Possession of marijuana with intent to deliver (Level 6 felony)

Maintaining a common nuisance (Level 6 felony)

Charles Greer, 51, was also arrested and charged with:

Possession and dealing of cocaine (Level 2 and Level 3 felonies)

Possession of a firearm by a serious violent felon (Level 4 felony)

Possession of a controlled substance and marijuana

Maintaining a common nuisance

Christina Guerrero, 45, faces:

Possession of marijuana with intent to deliver

Maintaining a common nuisance

All suspects are presumed innocent until proven guilty in a court of law.
