Pensacola Woman Ann Passman Killough Charged in Fatal Motorcycle Crash

62-year-old faces negligent homicide in Escambia County motorcycle death

ESCAMBIA COUNTY, Fla. — Ann Passman Killough, a 62-year-old woman from Pensacola Beach, has been charged with negligent homicide and vehicular manslaughter following a crash that killed a motorcyclist early this morning.

The incident occurred on State Road 399 (Via De Luna Drive) near Avenida 19. According to the Florida Highway Patrol (FHP), Killough’s BMW SUV struck the rear of a motorcycle traveling in the left lane. The motorcycle was dragged for nearly a block before the vehicle came to a stop.

The motorcyclist, a 28-year-old man from Frisco, Texas, was pronounced dead at the scene. Authorities report that Killough was unharmed.

Killough was booked into the Escambia County Jail shortly before 9 a.m. and is scheduled to appear in court on July 11.
