Pell City Man John Moss Arrested on Multiple Drug Charges, Faces $3 Million Bond

PELL CITY, Ala. — A Pell City man, John Moss, 42, was booked on multiple drug-related charges in St. Clair County, according to the St. Clair County Sheriff’s Office.

Moss faces several charges including:

Unlawful distribution and furnishing of a controlled substance

Drug trafficking of methamphetamine

Drug trafficking of cocaine

Unlawful possession of a controlled substance

Possession of marijuana

Possession of a pistol by a person forbidden to possess one

First offense drug paraphernalia

In addition, Moss is charged with non-payment of child support.

The total bond was set at $3,130,650.95.
